I had forgotten I love the Joe Grey Cat mysteries. Thank you for the reminder.
And Diva is indeed a star. Have you noticed how often some cats pose themselves so carefully for the best possible photo? And others can only be captured as a cat date receding rapidly into the distance.

That cat is so cute. My mother's cat is really fluffy, too.
Wow, your Diva is such an acrobat. Did you ever see the Ikea cats video where they put the cats in Ikea to see where they would go? Your Diva would be the one up in the rafters, My mother's cat would hide under the bed. My kitty would be on top of the cupboard. :)

My spouse reads tons of varous "cat" mysteries. I'm more into history...:) Loved your birds of Phoenix post. If was so much fun when we stayed in Mesa visiting sons family for Christmas to see all the strange (to a Midwesterner) birds. Thought the Gambrel Quail little topper was really weird.

Forgive my lateness. Still sick and sleeping seems to be all that I'm doing lately.

Lovely author/kitty photo. Another kindred spirit.

Diva is very brave!
