It always amazes me that these little birds can tolerate our cold winters.  Yet, every year they stay, wearing their drab winter colors.  They are resourceful, finding enough food where ever it is so they can produce the body heat they need to make it through the cold nights.  And, at day break, they are back.  You have to love them ...
