Wild Bird Wednesday

I went over to my favorite place for watching the Red Wing Blackbird ... a little lake with a reed bed on the shore line where they build their nests.  

And what do you know ... I came upon a beautiful male who was displaying for his woman :)

And here is the lucky lady who is the object of his affection :)

 Having moved to a new position he begins his courting again ...

A little preening to rearrange his feathers after his ambitious display ...
