Black Nose Sheep ... Valais, Switzerland
We were walking down a montain trail when the regular trail was blocked, so we had to cut through a farm close by. That is when I saw the Wooly lambs ...or best know as the Blacknose Sheep. They were so cute. I could have spent a lot more time taking pictures, but everyone else was getting way ahead of me. I didn't want to get left behind since I didn't really know where we were ... but I did know it was steep and difficult and I didn't want to chance climbing it alone:)

very cute, indeed!
HI Andrea I usually am in the same position as you, I am lagging behind taking photos and as I have NO sense of direction, I am always careful to be able to see people in front! Now these sheep are goegeous and yes very woolly. I love their black noses. Have a happy Sunday
They are absolutely GORGEOUS. I would have had to stop and take photo after photo after photo. Thank you for sharing the joy.
The sheep are very cute, I would have stopped for photos too. Adorable photos, Andrea! Thank you for linking up and sharing your post! Have a happy weekend!
Your photos are lovely and look like paintings. I love sheep and always stop to look at them here. Thank you for stopping by. I did make the suet and it was fast and easy. Deb

Adorable sheep! I love the black noses and it looks like they have black ears and black socks as well.
I would have wanted to spend all day with the sheep too! Great photos
Oh my, the sheep are beautiful! I don't think I've seen any like these. I admit that I would have been lagging behind taking photos too. I also like that interesting shot of your cat. Super movement!
This cold weather is awful!! I hope never to complain about the heat in the summer again. It is so much easier to stand by a fan than to try moving about with tons of layers of clothing on. Plus, this cold saps all of one's energy. I have to admire how you get out and do so much in these temps. If we didn't have to eat or feed the birds, I probably would hibernate till Spring. lol.
If I have any hamburg in the freezer, I'm going to make us some stuffed peppers. If not, then I'll probably make a pot of corn chowder. This always tastes wonderful in the winter. Mmmm. On that note, I'll takemy leave. You and Izzi have a wonderful day, and do stay warm. Hugs, Edna B.
They are cute. I'm not sure that I have ever seen sheep such as these.
Those are just the cutest things! But I can understand your need to stay with the group - I have absolutely no sense of direction and would be wandering the mountains for days before they'd find my body.
Oh my gosh! They are sweet creatures.
He looks like he is about to climb those stairs! Great shot.
