Photo Art Friday

This was a fun challenge.  I love making collages and often make them as gifts for my family and friends.  The first two I made for this challenge ... the last is one I made from pictures I had taken on our lake.  It actually is hanging on my wall.  Thanks Bonnie, you always come up with good ideas ...

Happy Photo Art Friday :)
(OMG, it's May already and it is still cold here!)

All so beautiful - but the composition and textures on the cat composite are amazing. The fur seems SO real I just want to reach out and stroke her/him! Always a treat to view your artwork, Andrea.

Oh WOW! Each one is amazing. Of course being a Cat Lover that first one really spoke to me. I'd love to create something like that with pictures of our cats but haven't a clue as to how I would do it.
I can see why you have the last piece hanging on your wall, it's beautiful.

I like collages. That second one would be a warzone! Ythe third reminds me of my poem, "Requiem".

nice work. I´d make a pillow of your cat and a curtain of the beautiful birds. :)

Thanks for the nice comment on my Guraded Magnolia. A few peopel wanted to know how I created it. I have tried to do a "recipe" on Bildverkstan. But somehow I think it takes the magic away. If you want to se it it is here: http://nfverk.blogspot.se/2014/05/guarded-magnolia.html

These are great collages, but I have to say that the first image of the cat is my favorite. The textures and colors are so warm and inviting. I love the expression on the cat's face too. Very peaceful and confident. Beautiful. Hugs, Edna B.

Andrea! Congratulations!! You have been voted the favorite for May's edition of Photo Art Friday. Pick out your texture set prize on my FAV Page and I'll get the set to you on Monday. Well deserved - I just adore what you have done with the image of the cat.

Beautiful! I love what you've done here, and finding collages a litte hard to work with myself (they tend to end up very... conventional :) ) I am grateful for the inspiration!
