that's pretty darn cute! thanks, andrea!
Great picture. I remember when we were kids the men in the caboose would throw us chalk we would use to draw hopscotch.
Oh the snow looks so lovely. I do hope we get some here in N.Ireland, Thanks fr your very kind comment.
I know a few men in my family that would love to have a caboose in their yard.. Great shot! Andrea, I wish you and your family a very Happy New Year!
It would be romantic, living in a wagon and the white landscape around..
Happy New Year
Great capture!
Wonderful picture with lots of snow :)
I would love to live in one like that :))
I wish you a very happy New Year!

Yes I remember these well and I think this is so cool. What a great way to preserve one.
Happy New Year.
It is fun. A heap of fun. And here in the sweaty season I am loving that snowy image...
But of course! I really miss seeing them too, as they were one of my favorite cars to see of the entire train!
Nice picture. Cant help but think we have made a mistake with the way we have handled railways - we will need them again soon I think.
I have been thinking about the WBW logo - but I have to say its a little way down the list!
Cheers and a happy New Year - Stewart M - Melbourne
When I was a little girl, I used to go to sleep to the sound of the freight trains passing by in the night. We lived fairly close to the train tracks. It was a very comforting sound.
I enjoyed your New Year's video, and I just loved the baby sandhill crane. What a cutie!! I'm hoping to see a few when I get to Florida this year. Only 58 more days till Florida. Woo Hoo!!
Today I think I'm going to put a few of my taped programs on DVD for daughter Audrey. They can't get cable out in the cornfields where she is so I try to tape a few favorites for her. This should keep me busy for a couple of days. My favorite program has not been on TV for the last two weeks because of the holidays, so I'm looking forward to watching it this coming week.
Now I think I'll see about getting dressed and find some fun mischief for Pogo and me to get into. You and Izzi have a wonderful day. Hugs, Edna B.
Dearest Andrea; Oh, that's called 'caboose', very pretty in the snow scene♡♡♡
Happy New Year and may the new year be the bright, healthy one for you and all of your loved ones, xoxo Miyako*
