Great Hornbill
In my dreams I saw the Great Hornbill in Thialand ... but only in my dreams.  He is on my Bucket List and one reason why I hope to go back to Thailand some day.

Birds and books have a lot in common. So many of both. So little time...

wow, a bird? Yes I see it, but at first I saw a woman with a fancy hat. And she is still there. The hair, cheek, neck and clothing, even the hand :) Have you seen her?

As for the hornbill, I did see a similar one in Costa Rica :)

I didn't, but I do now and will from now on, thank you :) You are too much like me in that we both see things that aren't supposed to be there. That is the fun of it sometimes ... sometimes I have a hard time getting back to what was originally intended. I did that once with a Van Gogh painting and every time I see the painting, I see the same person in the middle of it, that I assume he didn't intend. Oh well ... that's the wonderful thing about art ... it is, indeed, in the eye of the beholder :)

A Great Hornbill? That's what these are called? I had no idea. They are beautiful looking and I can see why they are on your bucket list. Nice pencil edit. Thanks for sharing, Andrea.

I guess I'm not so strange. I thought it was a photo of a monk with his arms outstretched to release a white bird into the air. I just couldn't figure what those horns were for. DUH!!!!!

Now that I know that it is really a bird, I can see it. No, I'm not drinking. I only had one cup of coffee today so far. haha.

The weather here is wicked funny. One minute it is cloudy and snowing really fast and thick with a very feisty wind. The next minute, the sun is shining and the snow stops falling. The wind dies down.

There is a robin out front going crazy trying to find worms. They were there yesterday, and today everything is covered up with snow. What???

I've been cooking a corned beef and cabbage dinner all day. Tonight, Pogo and I are going to pig out!!!!!

Give Izzi a hug from us and have a super day. Hugs, Edna B.

Beautiful! And you know, I saw a fancy lady in a hat at first too! Isn't that strange? Art truly is subjective I guess. :)
