This background said oriental to me so that is what I stuck with. The pictures are from the Chicago Botonical Gardens, Madison,Wisconsin Botonical Gardens, my back yard and the channel off of our lake. My mother loved the simplicity of oriental art and passed it on to me, so this was really an enjoyable prompt ... Thank you, Bonnie!

GREAT PROCESSING ON THESE SHOTS. Amazingly I have never been to the Chicago Botanical gardens... will have to make a trip there the next time I am in chicago. Bet it is lovely
These are exquisite!! I love how you have processed them and the last of the swans is, well, breathtakingly gorgeous!!
Great pieces, love the light on the lake.
Beautiful images.
Very nice interpretation of the prompt. It is obvious you enjoy this type of challenge. I am glad you are able to fit it into your busy schedule!
Fabulous work. You did a great job with these and they do have a wonderful oriental feel to them.
My favorite is the one with the bird and the pink color (#3 in the line up I believe.).
Can I change my mind? The last one hadn't loaded yet and oh my those swans are beautiful.
Just lovely! The light between the swans is incredible.
What beautiful pictures! My favorites are the house and the swans. The placement of the light on the water is perfect. I love the style of the house. It's enchanting.
I'm at work, so you have a wonderful night, hugs, Edna B.
