NF Trees and Bushes

click button to join in on the very first NF Trees and Bushes :)

This is a very large branch on a very large old Oak tree that I see out my window every day.  I will chronicle it through the year as Monica suggested, though I doubt that the owl will be there again :)

A toast to new beginnings!

I love oak trees. I had one outside my bedroom window when I was young. It was fun to watch the squirrels play in it and all the birds visiting.

That's a good idea and I look forward to seeing this tree throughout the year.

You see this every day? You are a lucky woman. I do hope I will see it again soon. The shape of the window is perfect for that branch :) T hat is perfect for playing around with too.

That's a great picture. It must be so much fun watching owls; I'm sure you've learnt a little something about them from seeing them so often.
Why do I think I'll see an owl on that tree, again? :)
Have fun tree-watching and owl-watching. Any signs of the return of the leaves, Andrea? :)

Hi Andrea, we haven't seen each other for a while, haha. Yes i guess when a tree is perennially present with us it becomes a big part of ourselves too. We get attached to them as well. Best regards, Andrea!
