Mandarin Orange Monday

We went to Chicago Auto Show on Friday and Orange seemed to be a prominent color in many of the makes of cars and in the wheels ...

Again this was a project that could have kept going, but the time had come to stop.  What I love about this grouping is that the more abstract they are the more faces of every kind appear.  Open up your imaginations and go hunting :)
Happy MOM ...

This is nice, but I like the original orange wheel the best. I forgot about tomorrow and orange. I'll have to work on something. We are enjoying a nice day today. The snow stopped around noon, and the sun came out. Temps got up to the upper 30's and some ice is melting. Tomorrow it will freeze again and tomorrow night will be -7. Sort of makes today extra special.

I'm getting antsy now. Only a week to go before we leave for Florida. It's time to seriously start packing the suitcase. Joe is looking forward to soaking in the pool all day when we get there. I think he'll enjoy his week away.

Now it's time to see what's for supper. You and Izzi have a fabulous evening. Hugs, Edna B.

Fabulous. My favorite is the third one but I do enjoy them all.

Interesting that orange is such a popular car and wheel colour this year! I like the warmth and simplicity of the second photo best.
