Wild Bird Wednesday

Black Headed Gulls in their winter colors (as seen on Lake Zurich in Switzerland)

This sappy litttle face made me laugh ... "Would you care to dance, Darling?"
I don't think she had any takers, but only because it is the wrong season :)

What wonderful photos of the gulls. These are some of my favorite birds. They are such fun to watch and photograph. That second image is just precious.

Today, we're enjoying another beautiful Fall day. Pogo and I changed our plans and are going out to the park today. It may be our last chance for a while because the cooler temps are on the way back in.

Now I must go outside and check to see what the mailman just delivered. You and Izzi have a fabulous day, hugs, Edna B.

I have plenty of these overhead every day and a little tempting down in to the garden every now and again with some bread....... only chance is in the winter though. Lovely smart birds.

I looked at a nice set of posts to get to this one - the changing the clock post made me laugh!

These are another bird with a good value name - if you get to see them in full breeding plumage, they have brown heads! Somebody messed up somewhere!!
