Mandarin Orange Monday

Mandarin Orange Monday

I started out this morning badly in need of a cup of coffee.  As coffee was on my brain, I decided to let it be the focus of my MOM creation :)
Using 3 background layers and a cup of coffee, we begin ...

A little poster edges and then ...

texture and crop ...

Now I started to play and had to add my cup of coffee back in because it disappeared in all of the mayhem ...

After some serious dabbling, I completely lost my coffee but I found something else ...

Can you see what I see?

Finally I singled out the one character that I love the most ... do you see him?  Have a wonderful, warm and cozy MOM ...

Oh my gosh Andrea I love this, but am trying to figure out what I see without my morning cuppa myself! I see your coffee and then I started seeing eagles and leopards - do I need a caffeine fix, to figure it out?!
What fun!

Love it. And perhaps the colour was the trigger but I saw a Mr Reynard.

HI Andrea and all this started from a cup of coffee. I am amazed at your talent. Now I am not sure what you see in the last shot. I was wondering was it your dog? Although I thought I saw a horse' s head!!

Wren X came the closest to what I see ... in my beholding eyes there is an eagle , a duck (the duck is a bit of a stretch, but there none the less) and a leopard or tiger behind the duck. Margaret, I am still looking for the horses head, though I am sure that if you saw it, it is there :) And EC, I had to go back and look, but I too see Mr.Reynard ... very cool. Now I can't see my duck because Mr.Reynard has replaced him ... but that is fine because he is a fine fox indeed :) Thanks Everyone ...

P.S. Yes, Margaret ... I did find a horses head ... I can only assume it is the same one, but it is clearly there. Isn't art fun!!!

Goodness, this one is such fun! Right off, I saw an eagle and a tiger. I haven't found the rest yet, but this is really wonderful. I think my favorite is the fifth one down too. Andrea, your creativity is just awesome! I never would have suspected that this was the result of a cup of coffee.

We're enoying a spring like day here today and tomorrow, then the cold air moves back in. Pogo and I will definitely get outside for a bit before the cold returns. Hope your day is nice too. Hugs, Edna B.
