This beautiful little boy is fairly common in this area, but not so around my house. This pair passes through every spring (I haven't spotted the female yet ... she is so much like the other brown females except her gross beak so she is hard to spot), but they never stay ... don't know why. I wish they would because they are beautiful and have a pretty song.
I haven't seen him for a few days, though I am still hearing his song ... I will watch for the female and if I am lucky enough to spot her I will include her in a future post ... Happy WBW to all of you!
P.S. I am adding this little YouTube that was sent to me by a friend ... it is too cute not to share, but I have to add that I don't think people should try to do this unless they have the proper training or guidance ... because without it, it wouldn't turn out well for the bird.
This is where it begins. One of my favorite games is looking for things within things ... I do this a lot when I am walking or sitting somewhere alone with my thoughts. I call these my Tree People ...
I am using my tablet and PSE and just dabbling. Nothing exciting, just following my imagination and experimenting, as Lori said.
Same Knothole, different take ...
There you have it ... another MOM ! More fun than I could have imagined :)
I know you probably think I spend my days following Diva around the house because I have so many pictures of her. In some ways, you are probably right, but it is not that I am looking for it. I simply walk in the room and there she is doing something dramatic ... it's just who she is. And, of course I have to reach for my camera, because, that is just who I am. Isn't it fun ... :)
