Cat Thursday

It could be a bug; it could be a bird; it could be another cat; Or, it could be Isabeau (the dog) ... all you really know is she has something in her sights.

Ah, she does have the look of the hunter!! I'm surely glad that I'm not a bird in her neighborhood! Hope both of you have a great weekend, Andrea!

Or it could be her imagination; cats have the best imagination.

How I would love to be able to focus as a cat does - and to be able to relax as a cat does and to be as flexible as a cat. Hell, in my next life I would like to be a cat - preferably one of my own to ensure that I get the pampering that is my due.
Brilliant photo, and post - thank you.

What great photos...the Huntress and the Moon! I love the name of your pup, Isabeau--is it from "Lady Hawk"?

Loy, I went to your blog and it looked like you weren't posting, so I will answer you here and hope you come back to see it. Yes, Isabeau is from "Lady Hawk", my all time favorite movie for many reason. I have worked with raptors for years and so between that and the fact that I loved this movie ... it seemed like the perfect name for our little girl. Thanks you asking :)

Oh I recognize that look! Goof gets that look when hunting bugs.

Isabeau is such a pretty name. I've only ever heard it used in the movie, nice to see it being used in the real world. :)
