Mandarin Orange Monday

This is a restaurant along the walkways in downtown Aspen.  The building is actually red and it took me forever to find a way to orangify it ... so there is only one version :)

Ah ... a Chandelier in the lobby of an old hotel in Aspen.  this one was much more interesting to work with ...

And alas ... another chicken.  I can't seem to pass up the chickens for whatever reason.

It is another dreary day here, but MOM always manages to perk me up.  Have a great day everyone ...

  1. Great orange shots for the day!! Love that rooster!!! Have a good week, Andrea!

  2. Orange! You has it. Excellent.

    Have a terrific day. :)

  3. I think out of all of them, the very last rooster is my favorite

  4. Fabulous photos Andre ~ cheers up my Monday!

  5. Hi Andrea, those are real works of art, beautiful.

  6. Warming to the eye and the heart. Thank you.

  7. Beautiful orange structure. Have a fabulous week!

  8. Like the orange brick building.

My swan in resting - but it would pop open an eye now and then just to have a look around!

  9. Those are gorgeous! I really must play with some of these! My favorite are the chandiliers - very artsy. Hmmm. Perhaps before my post today I need to get something prepared and add it to my blog.

  10. This series is relly full of energy. My favorite are also the chandiliers!
    Have a nice week:)

  11. My goodness, where are my manners! I read your post earlier, and then got side tracked. Somehow, I thought I had left a comment so I went on my merry way. My bad!

I love your metal chicken. Amazing, because I am not a chicken person. But there is something about your chickens that is endearing.

I do like your orange and green building. I love those outdoor sidewalk cafes. I think they add so much character to downtown areas. They just automatically invite people to sit and meet their neighbors.

Well, I'm off to dreamland now. You have a fabulous night. Hugs, Edna B.

  12. One thing is for sure:
    You're NOT "chicken" about colors!!
    Well done!!

  13. What a great collection of orangifications:)) A sunny, warm place to sit - beautiful light coming through those leaves ....and love what you did with the chandeliers -from dramatic to a bit magical. And the chickens made me smile - love them all! Thanks for your nice words too Andrea:)
And of course thank you for being part of MoM:))
