Rain Frances Creations ... Lips

 Lips
I am picking pictures of art that rely on lips to complete them.  Some is my art and some is pictures of art I have taken.  This first group is of sculptures in our Arboretum over the last year.

The following are art pieces I have done over the years of blogging.

The son of one of my Home Health Patients ... dressed for Halloween :)

Last but not least, a picture taken on my trip to Thailand ... I believe he is licking his chops 😱

All for now ... hope you all got a big smooch on Valentines Day or some good chocolates if that is what you prefer ...
or maybe both 😁

That’s a lot of lips Andrea, kissable and otherwise. It’s quite amazing what you have created and your mother was obviously an accomplished artist too. It runs in the family. Welcome back from your adventures. I will look forward to hearing more about it.

This is a fabulous collection of lips, Andrea. Pulling together a post like that takes a lot of work. Well done!

Love your artwork. The Korean girl by your Mother looks so soft and beautiful.
Is it a pastel?
Have a good weekend...

SO Striking! And thanks for your lovely comment. My new header is a shot from the street. Alas we do not know who the sweet cat looking out is. <3 Aloha

So many great lips, Andrea! I thought for a second or two that that white cat was a statue, and then I realized that it was real. It made me think of Siegfried & Roy and the tiger attacking Roy. You are braver than I am!

Great collection of faces! I love the sculptures!! The clown painting is a bit creepy. I like the little old lady sipping tea painting! What's this, you standing behind a white tiger? He's licking his lips, I think it's time for you to get the heck out of Dodge! That is one big pussy cat. lol Just The size of his head alone is almost as broad as you are from shoulder to shoulder. That's too close for comfort for this gal. :)

First of all, thank you for your detailed comment on my post. It's great that you enjoyed my post about the TIM, the textile museum in Augsburg...

...and now I'm enjoying the post about the art you describe here in words and pictures. I was particularly interested in your opinion about the details. Yes, I see it similarly, every work of art has its own style - at least if it is a real artist. Whereby the style is nothing fixed, in my opinion. Rather, it adapts to the respective development in the artist's life, to his or her feelings.

I really like your drawings. And yes, here too I can see your "signature" in the works. And above all, I can see that it gives you pleasure. That's how it should be.

It's very nice that you can be seen, dear Andrea, in the last picture yourself ... with great courage. I would be afraid, I admit you. Our cat, which is much smaller, can sometimes scratch dangerously!
