Picket Fence
This is our little rescue, Buffy Boo ... she is a lovable cat with us but we have never been able to achieve a truce between her and our other cats. She was dumped so young that I am quite certain her mother didn't have a chance to teach her kitty manners. She loves going outside, but checks in regularly. I think she is afraid of being dumped again. As for keeping her in with a picket fence ... will never happen :)I cheated a little with this one. I took a picture of a house with a picket fence, digitized it, drew the kitty on another page and added her in. It was a fun experiment.

You did a really fabulous fence Andrea - but you're right, that cutie-pie Buffy Boo can probably squeeze between the pickets or climb over, so please make sure she can always get back to your loving home again!
Happy picnic day - it is perfect here for spending time outdoors - even the pollen has let up and we aren't sneezing quite as much!
Now that's a cat for you, climbing those fences to see what they can get into on the other side. Pretty much like humans don't you think.
This is so cute!
I hear you on some cats and the truce which never happens. As always I am awed by your creativity.
I love the results of your experiment. It looks beautiful.
I'm all for experimenting, Andrea. Great job. I love this bit you added, "She was dumped so young that I am quite certain her mother didn't have a chance to teach her kitty manners." Awww, poor Kitty. Buffy definitely has an independent streak there from how you've captured it. Thank you so much, Andrea.
Andrea, coming back here just to say THANK YOU for all your lovely and insightful comments on others picnic entries. As I read the others and visited each person, I was always struck by your thoughtful replies. Really great.
Hi Andrea :)) That is very cute and yes, great minds DO think alike lol! Sweet story about your Buffy Boo :) Rescue pets make the best pets! :)
Now that's cute!
Yep, have to teach them young!
So cute! Clever process for creating this one, Andrea...well done. :)
