Mandarin Orange Monday

Last week I went to Lurie Gardens once again for a Raptor Program.  I snapped some pictures on the way in, while I was there and on the way out. As promised (Jeanne) here they are in a different format ...

    Urban Contrasts ...

                            Night Lights ...

And, of course, The Bean ...
                          Enjoy!

Wow, you've outdone yourself my friend. Very nice indeed. That oval shape is awesome, but I love the version of the bean the best. I love how you put the onlookers in and the various shades of selective coloring. I think this one should be hanging inside the museum on the wall.

I'm not working tonight, but Pogo is sticking to my ankles for dear life. He's making sure that I don't slip out the door without him. Ah well, in a few more hours, he'll have it figured out. lol. You have a wonderful night. Hugs for you and licks and woofs for Izzi. Edna (& Pogo) B.

Andrea everyone is saying 'wow" including me:) And as Edna said, you really have outdone yourself! I love them all - the first three for the linear edges and combination of subtle browns etc against the bright orange. The third especially the composition - that really is an amazing image - almost makes me dizzy:) And the last two so expressive. I really enjoyed them all. Thanks for sharing in Mandarin Orange Monday:) Of course!:))
