Male Red Breasted Mergansers
A group of male Red Breasted Mergansers arrived on the lake and stayed for several days. I was surprised that there were no females with them, but I will keep my eyes open ... I am guessing they are not far away :)
Hmmm ... bath time :)

Wonderful pictures - I used to see RB Mergs in the UK - not seen one in ages. Moving house is always very stressful! Hope it all goes well - keep us posted! (Which I just realised is a pun of some form!!)
