Love your creations - and hope your daughter's surgery goes well.
And how I wish that our cats would wrap for me.

A friend of mine said to me, "You know you're getting old when your kids turn fifty." Perhaps the same thing could be said when your children have cataract surgery! I hope everything goes well with it, Andrea. I had mine done a couple of years ago and all went well, however, recently the vision in my right eye got a little fuzzy, but they zapped it with a laser on Monday, and that is supposed to rectify the problem. Fingers crossed! All the best - David

I have a bad premonition that your "Night Before ..." piece will be me on Christmas Eve ~ lol. I'm way behind, Andrea! But I am spending time with Terry and FaceTiming family members and friends. And that's important too. I hope your daughter's cataract surgery went well. She'll be spending a lot of time putting drops in her eyes for the next few days. It will be worth it. I well remember how stunned I was at the improvement in my vision. Hugs and love to you!

re your question on Lingon berry:
yes it is Lingonberries. It is easy, I just cook them with a little suger. If they are very dry I ad a little water so they shall not be burned. Just ad suger to them and let it melt down to a jam. You can save it in cans for many years without being destroyed. You don't even need preservatives. It is found naturally in the lingonberry.
In the past, lingonberries were the vegetables you had all year round because there were no tomatoes or anything else all year round then. And they are very nutritious.
