Thursday Art & Dinner Date ... Apple

 APPLE

Sketched on multimedia paper with pencil and black ink.  Painted in Photoshop and framed on PicMonkey.

I always have my eye on my two wonderful Granddaughters ... if you don't know the expression "Apple of my Eye" Google it 😂

Old Art ...

Chomping on a Honey Crisp Apple ... Yummmm :)

Fall is unofficially here.  Even the trees are starting to turn ... I am loving it !  Hope your life is as refreshing and beautiful as Autumn.

My first reaction was a happy laugh when I saw Snow White with the poison apple. I don't know how often our mother used to read that fairy tale to us and my brother and I were always taking turns reciting what the mirror says to the queen. In German of course. No wonder the granddaughters are the apple of your eye, they are cuties and there is something special about grandchildren. Maybe I will have some one day, too, who knows? I recently bought a bag of apples, they looked so good and it was a type I didn't know. They were so disappointing! It's better to stick with the types I know and love. Have a lovely weekend, Andrea!

Oh, Snow White!
We had one on CSD, he was really beautiful and funny, just no apple around!

Your apple(s) of your eye sure are beautiful - and I sadly have never seen a Honey Crisp Apple!
Great post, happy Friday!

Apples have significance in many ways, don't they? Locally it looks like there is a good crop this year, so perhaps the price will get a little more reasonable than it has been of late. We are very fond of fresh fruit and it is rare that we don't have apples in the house. Here in southern Ontario peaches have been outstanding and we eat a couple every day - at least!

Snow White is wonderful, Andrea! She was the Disney Princess when I was a little girl, so I have always loved here. Love your "Apples of your eyes!" Take care.

love both the apples and the girls :)

We had some really hot days. Two days later it was cold. Weather is strange nowadays. I have also noticed, since I lost some weight I am a bit colder. Makes me think I will not enjoy the coming, cold, winter :(

I love your Snow White. AND the apple of your eye!

I've been more or less offline for the past couple of weeks. I'll never catch up with you, but hopefully I can keep up!
