Oh, yes, that wonderful smell of rain! I've sat on a porch enjoying a summer thunder storm many times also. Nothing like it!

Lovely painting for the storm prompt, Andrea. I used to enjoy watching storms but, nowadays, they are usually super-cell storms which can be so destructive. I kinda dread them now but two of my sons LOVE the bad storms! :)
It's funny because as I write this that is exactly what is happening right now outside and we have the doors open with the super cool air coming in from outside. Thank yous o much, Andrea.
