BBQ
This is an awesome way to enjoy BBQ. It requires a special grill, but it is worth it.
You crisp cook the greens along with mushrooms and rice noodles in the broth around the edges and you cook the meat on the center. Each person has a cup of their own sauce of choice to dip in(Usually hot vs mild) 😂. It is delicious :)

I have had a meal like this in a restaurant in China. They featured mushrooms, an it was delicious.

Seems like a barbecue and a fondue rolled into one, or an adaptation of a chinese hot pot. I can well imagine that it’s really tasty. Hugs - David
