NatureFootstep ... Catching Light

Mandarin Orange Monday

We went to Chicago Auto Show on Friday and Orange seemed to be a prominent color in many of the makes of cars and in the wheels ...

Again this was a project that could have kept going, but the time had come to stop.  What I love about this grouping is that the more abstract they are the more faces of every kind appear.  Open up your imaginations and go hunting :)
Happy MOM ...

Weekend Reflection

It has been so cold here for so long, I decided to reach back and pull up something from a warmer time ... just the thought of it makes me feel cozy.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone ...

Just a bit of a snow fence ...

I know this is not an artsy meme, but I couldn't resist a touch of dabbling :)

Wild Bird Wednesday

A little plump lady keeping warm in this very cold winter (female Cardinal)

Looking rather stearn ...

Her mate ... wonder who wears the feathers in this family :)

They do make a handsome couple ...
