Rain Frances Creations ... Herbs

Herbs

Catnip is an herb and a favorite around our house.  We have always had cats so we always planted a patch of catnip to treat them with wherever we were:)

Happy 4th of July to all those who celebrate it ... Enjoy the fireworks  and
cherish your freedoms while you still have them😄

This photo and painting -- both are absolutely charming. I have such a big soft spot for orange cats. They are the best. Lizzie is a nip fan, too! Your art and photos are always so lovely, Andrea.

None of our cats have every shown any interest in catnip. Love your work. Happy 4th to you.

I'm not really celebrating the 4th of July this year. I am concerned about the future of my country.

That's a clever idea to plant catnip for the cat. I'm sure they love it. But, one thought thrills me: what about the neighbour cats? I believe I plant this in a pot, take this in our kitchen ;)

Your Drawing is lovely! Have a wonderful week.

...when I was in the nursery business I sold a boat load of Nepeta-catnip. It grows easily and puts on a great show. I hope that you had a Happy 4th.

Nicely done on the herbs theme Andrea!

Dear Andrea, the photo of the red cat looks like you painted our Maxell (who passed away a few years ago when he was 17). He was just as ginger-colored and loved catnip VERY MUCH!
I hope you're well!

All the best, Traude
