Figure Drawing
This is from another picture of my Granddaughter at a younger age. Again, I used proportions for her figure and a stencil for the bike.
Question: What do you buy for a man's birthday if he doesn't need or want anything? Help 😆

Well done Andrea!
Very well done on the art Andrea. Very impressive. I have the same problem with buying or making Mr. M. a gift. He tells me he doesn't need anything. Last year I thought something he would play with. I went to amazon and got him some night vision binoculars. They were inexpensive and he loves them. We both see so many critters in our back yard at night. Not sure if this is something he would like but it worked for me. LOL Have a great day.
So amazing! I really love your drawings.

How I love and admire your art.
I feel for you on the birthday front. Can you give him an experience instead of a thing? A ticket to a show he might like? A dinner out? Good luck.
Beautiful drawings of your granddaughter, Andrea. I always get proportions wrong and my figures look quite wonky.
Years ago my husband and I stopped giving birthday presents to each other. On each of our birthdays we have a nice meal, and otherwise we prefer to spend our money on travels or short trips. Same with Christmas presents.
These are fabulous figure drawings.
Your figure drawings are very appealing, Andrea. What to buy for a man who neither needs nor wants anything is a bit of a problem. Here are a couple of suggestions that might work - a nice dinner, either at a restaurant or made at home, or a day out at the local nature preserve or art gallery. Perhaps tickets to the symphony orchestra. These would work for me and perhaps they will for your husband. All the best - David.
The drawings of your granddaughter are awesome, Andrea! If there's nothing your husband needs, perhaps there's an experience you can give him instead. I love it when my husband takes me out to dinner to celebrate an occasion.
Thank you... for your nice comment, giving me a smile belong to your rememberings.
...and of course, I admire your lovely drawings.
Have a wonderful Weekend.
Hugs by me
Your drawings are beautiful! Sorry I am so ate connecting but I need to do things slowly just now, which I don't like, but I can't choose! Birthday presnts for those who already have everything is hard. When my husband was alive I used to donate to a charity in his name. Sory, my brain is still befuddled this morning, can't think of anything else! Hugs, Valerie

Hi Andrea, Great use of the proportions. It looks very real and a great way to share your Granddaughter. :)
