Good Fences

A Fence Without a Purpose
This little fence sat quietly right in the middle of a field on the Bong Nature Preserve.  I say "without a purpose" as, if it has a purpose, it isn't obvious ... But that said, it wouldn't surprise me if it was put there as a perch for the many birds that are there (except when I am there, it seems).

Hello, great fence find. A perch for the birds is a great purpose.
Enjoy your day and the week ahead!

One wil probably never really know why it is there

lol, could be a good use for the birds. Bet they came along as soon as you left. But of that we will never know. :)

Or perhaps it is a run-away fence, who didn't like its neighbours and up sticks and moved...

Perhaps it was a project never finished.

I bet the birds would love to perch on that fence.
