Just a note to let you know that I am not blogging because my computer crashed and it is in the hands of the Geek Squad as we speak ... I am hoping to be back soon, but have at least found a way to come over and comment on other posts by using my husbands computer ... Sorry, miss you all!

  2. We will be here when you get back. I hope the issues can be sorted quickly. For you - and for us.

  3. I did notice that you had not paid a visit - but just assumed you were off in the real world somewhere enjoying yourself!

As far as I could tell the chicks got the fish! But it was all happening a rather long way away (the pictures have bee cropped more than normal) - so I can't be sure. They are great birds, and we have them in Australia as well, although these are the best pictures I have taken of them. Lots more UK birds to come - although I am going on a quest (!) to photograph a some parrots this weekend, so they may interrupt the flow!

  8. In response to all of the questions about Windows 10, the jury is still out. There is much to learn in order to be able to make use of it (and when it comes to computers, I am a slow learner), but in addition there seem to be some issues, like not recognizing anything plugged into the USB ports, that have defied our efforts to resolve. I don't know if that is Windows 10 or something the Geek Squad did, but I will keep you posted :)
