Well, if they are taken down whitout any good reason (illness og causing danger) it is a waste. Still the wood could be used for heating.But a wast, yes.HAve a nice day.Mormor
I agree with you, Andrea, but perhaps the tree was dying and now can become firewood to keep someone warm.

What they do here is sell (or give away) the wood for fire wood. In this area where I live now, everyone has a wood pile and a woodstove (in addition to central heat) since temps go below zero in winter.
Sad. Someone's stash for next winter's stove, I suppose.
