And, may I take this time to thank you for all the info you left in your comment to me on the 'one legged hawk'. I'm happy to have someone like you inform me.

I really like this pictures - the way that they are almost black and white, yet they still contain colour is splendid. Also like the birds in the air around the tree.

Thanks for being one of my most consistent commenters - no plans to do anything but keep on blogging so I suspect will be in touch during 2014!

Cheers and have a good New Year - Stewart M - Melbourne

I have to agree with everyone, these are super shots! My favorite is the last one with the birds in the bird bath. It's obvious that is quite cold, but these little birds are having themselves a grand old time a splishin' and a splashin'. (I have that song on my laptop!) These photos make me want even more to one day live by a pond.

As I type this, I'm enjoying a bowl of pink grapefruit. Yum yum. I like to eat smething before I head out for home. (I'm still at work) Now I want to catch up with the next post. I seem to be a little behind. So what else is new? lol. You have a wonderful day my friend. Hugs, Edna B.

How fun you made these charming images. They all win, for they are forever kept in these wonderful images now and shared with your blogging friends. I want you to know though, that I so appreciate your kindness and getting to know you, I can be very slow to get to make my visits, but yet I do try my best. Happy New Year Blessings to you and yours~
