Zendala Dare

Zendala Dare #53
Link to The Bright Owl ... Zendella Dare 53
I do my original on paper then scan it in to the computer.  It seems to lose a lot of it's clarity in the scanning process, but I think you can see what I have done.
I know Zentangle is not supposed to be colored, but I can't seem to resist .   So ...

Then I took it a step further so I could link it to Mandarin Orange Monday.

I think it was a great idea to put some color in your zendala. It turned out very beautiful.

I agree, this is really quite beautiful. And the color brings out all the detail. I don't know how you do this, but it is just wonderful. You have many talents my friend. Now I'll have to go work on something for Monday too. You have a wonderful day, hugs, Edna B.

Really nice! I think its a great practice to work in the color. I especially like the rolled looking tangle on the edges of the 'petals' Do you do the coloring with the computer?

I love the art of zendala - can't do it, but appreciate seeing it done by others.

I especially like the first coloured one. These are very intricate and unique...and certainly a challenge!

Not only have you made beautiful, complicated curvy designs but you have also given the who thing a 3D quality with bits popping out and weaving back under.
Intriguing work Andrea!

Thank you for being part of Mandarin Orange Monday - and yes, Andrea, it was fun sharing my nostalgic finds and making them into art:)
