Migrating Swans are starting to gather ...
Every year the Migrating Mute Swans gather on our lake and stay here until it freezes. There have been years when there were more than 30 swans. A beautiful sight ... but don't want to get too close to them, if you get my gist :)

Swans? How awesome! We see lots of ducks and geese...but no swans to my knowledge, here in Kansas.
When we went to England in the spring several years ago, I saw swans on the Thames...and that was a lovely sight! It is such a pretty place.
